Backswing With a proper backswing, the player will take the Power Swing Fan back smoothly, keeping the arms extended until the shaft angle reaches about 45 degrees. The air resistance from the fins will discourage the player from picking the club up too quickly. At the top of the swing the player should strive to keep their left arm extended, with the right arm bent no more than 90 degrees. Watch letting your elbow “fly” at the top of the backswing. Concerned about a slowdown in golf calendar that I can swing my arms harder or slow down my body?

I fight for fire through the top. Sometimes I hit the ground before the ball and losing, about 100 meters from the tee. It is very difficult for me to slow my body trying to lose distance. I feel I can shoot through my body hard but I am concerned it is a good exercise to control weight transfer on the front foot. Or what is a good exercise that I use for my time of recession for optimal power and solid contact? My theory is in the hands, as they are the only contact the club I need to accelerate please help my hands?

Think about it – His theory of the hands is exactly the opposite of what you should do. Good changes are controlled by the large muscles your body, your fingers, hands and arms are part, but you should not try to handle during the swing, doing so will lead to inconsistent results (probably similar to what I known) This has to focus on a solid piece to go …. try to keep the triangle formed by the handle of the club and shoulders, always intact as possible, at least until the club is parallel to the ground (horizontal). To do this a few times and make sure the club is pointing finger of heaven, if so, then you do it correctly. From this position you must turn your left shoulder until the ball, then begin its descent by "being" down on the ball with the bottom the body. The legs should be opened. If you receive Harvey Penick of little red book, he described it as the phrase "magical" as you begin the descent of its weight shifts to his left heel and right elbow into your body. As you hit the ball into his suite to its weight and has totally changed 85-90% of its weight his left foot as you finish the swing. It takes practice and desire to improve this process, I encourage you to get the book Little Red … .. easy to understand a lot of information in that country. Good luck!
