I receive many questions about the golfer and junior programs, golf fitness. The questions cover a number of different issues, but generally fall into three or four different categories. Usually, the issues are as a junior golfer needs to start using the exercises golf fitness, how many times a junior golfer implement fitness exercises, golf and, finally, what are the best golf fitness exercises for the junior golfer? Normally, this last question is often asked. This article is intended to provide answers to the question: what are the best golf fitness exercises for the junior golfer?
