Seeitgolf’s Aaron Baddeley: Putting

Getting to the heart of the problem with your golf game

Almost everything you do during golf practice and / or a game involves the central region body.

Hit a long drive from the tee, iron shots, pitch and blow the bunker and putting. Heck, even getting the ball in the cup is strong in Central.

Therefore, it would make sense then that many of their struggles in golf come from deficiencies in the core of your body.

How can I solve this problem? Well, there is no magic pill basis of force or patch. Something good, training of flexibility fashion and exercise of age. Now I'm not talking about going to the gym every day of the week and the weight and some of these body builders inflated. These are simple things you can do in your home or office in just minutes a day, maybe 15-20 minutes, that's all.

I already do my abs every day!

Different types of exercise are based. Many of you are probably familiar with exercises such as sit-ups, an exercise which can be used to form the nucleus. If you've read any of our articles, please read the manual of your body and your swing or seen the DVD, you are well aware of what is meant by the word nucleus and its relationship to the swing of classes.

Let us make a cursory examination to your advantage and establish the types of basic exercises for a better Golf Swing.

The core is an anatomical region of the body. In general, it can be defined as the region of the body between the hips and chest. It includes many groups of muscles at the front, side and rear of the body. In general the core consists of muscles that make up your abdominals, lower back, obliques and hips.

The central region is important for the golf swing for many reasons. The core is essentially called the "engine" of the body. This is the area that "drives" the highest organ for any movement rights, including his golf swing. It is primarily responsible for developing the capabilities of the balance, stability and development power of the body. For the effective production capacity is needed to form the core of improving performance.

Basic training for golfer

Many of us correlate core training for the abdominal part of the body. To build the kernel properly, we must train all areas As the base. This way of solving obliques, hips and lower back with the same number of exercises and repetitions you do for the formation of Common abdominal region.

A quick note from experience: More often than not, most golfers have "imbalances" in the central region. This means that certain muscles or muscle groups are weaker than others. To improve its performance on the golf course, you have a balanced force for strength and optimum power. In this context, the region is coming back less than "weaker" the abdominal (core of imbalance). Picture the golfer to collect the ball from the cup. We've all seen, that suppress, perhaps a quiet groan, as if no one listens. If this is the case, additional attention or exercises are needed to put the lower back at the "speed", so ie, at the height of the abdomen.

In the future, knowing that we must form the nucleus together and create a balance between all the muscles, it is time to discuss what kind of exercises to use in the formation of the central region. To develop the central region for golf you need to exercises in the following categories: stability (balance), strength, endurance and power. These four categories are required to swing optimal. Leaving one of the categories listed above to your training program is like building a boat with a hole in it. It will not work not!

We will define the different categories of training a golf program given base "to help you better understand the subject each category. The basic categories of training are included in the training course are: 1) stability (balance) training, 2) strength training, 3) endurance training, and 4) strength training.

Balance and stability

Stabilization exercises are exercises that give the body the opportunity to have a better balance. Much of their ability to balance is directly related to the central region of the body. If you are unable to maintain balance throughout the golf swing, the effectiveness of swing, contact with the ball and the speed of the clubhead will suffer. For example, when you swing your driver and are unable to maintain this perfect position "more" swing, the problem may be related to the balance capacity throughout the full swing.

Balance training develops the integration neural systems and muscles, your brain and your body. Improving the performance of these two organ systems and the integration of these two systems will result in a better swing. Follow the logic and to all directions. By improving your body's ability to balance, then the ability maintain the balance within your golf swing will become easier.

Force

The golf swing requires certain body parts remain in a stable position while other body parts are in motion. To make a powerful golf swing, the body must have the strength and flexibility necessary to perform these actions simultaneously.

To perform the above activity, it is necessary to develop core strength parameters. If you have a weak heart, the ability to maintain a position, maintain position and do this over time will be compromised. Again, the region central body is involved in stabilizing the body. To improve this capability, you should train the body to be more effective in stabilizing itself during the golf swing. Strengthening exercises develop and improve this capacity within your body To improve your golf swing.

Resistance

The golf swing is a repetitive movement performed by the body. You do the same activity over and over. A swing and effective good scores require that you make the same swing on the 18th hole as he does in a hole. If you can not do that, then the mechanics of your swing will suffer, their scores. To eliminate this situation it is necessary to develop the resilience of the central region. Resistance exercises will allow Agency to perform the same activity over and over again without getting tired. Following the golf swing is a repetitive sport, Resistance training improves the ability to maintain optimal swing mechanics over an extended period of time.

Power

Exercise the power is directed towards improving the body's energy production. Trained to give you the opportunity to hit the ball more far. The central region of the body is directly related to the development of torque in the golf swing. Power can also be defined as the torque (turning the Force) when talking about the golf swing. To create large quantities of speed of the club head, your body must produce large amounts of torque. If you want to create more power in your golf swing should include exercises of power in its program of basic training.

If you are really serious about improving your game, start at the heart of the problem!

In This article discusses how to form the nucleus and the nucleus specifically to improve your golf game. Some points to consider in this paper: 1) the core is a region of the body that includes all the muscles of the hip to chest, 2) they must develop the capacity of stability, strength, endurance and power in the heart of an advantage in your game, and 3) development center should be balanced in terms of all the muscles involved and in all components of training (the same amount of stability, strength, endurance and power) in the nucleus
