What is the Difference in the Callaway FT-IZ tour and the FT-iz driver?
I have an 8 handicap and i just broke my driver today and have heard alot of great things about this driver. Just want to see which might be better for me tour or standard.
If it’s like normal…the tour will have a smaller head with a taller face to help increase playability, it may be neutral or fade bias versus a draw bias to help promote playability, it may come with a shaft that’s is heavier, more stiff, or with a lower kickpoint (all which will promote playability verus forgiveness), it may be smaller in it’s volume (440cc vs 460cc but I doubt it). I do not know for certain with these particular drivers in question, but these are some of the many attributes that typically seperate a tour version vs a standard version of a driver.They’re certainly interesting looking.
